Our meal promise
One dollar. One meal.
For every $1 of every purchase, Still Fed funds one meal through hunger-relief organizations. Here's exactly what that means.
What we promise
When a business buys a Still Fed marketing kit, we fund one meal for every dollar of the purchase price: a $250 kit funds 250 meals. The funding comes from Still Fed's revenue. It's our commitment as a company. The business is buying a marketing kit, not making a donation, and the purchase isn't tax-deductible.
Who provides the meals
We don't cook or deliver meals ourselves. We send funding to established hunger-relief organizations, and they source, prepare, and distribute the food. Our partner organizations are: list of organizations.
“One meal” follows each organization's own definition of the cost to provide a meal. Confirm with our partners.
Where the meals go
Our partner organizations decide where meals are needed most. That may or may not be in the city where a business joined. When a city page shows a meal total, it means meals funded by partners in that city, not meals delivered there.
Referral bonus meals
When a partner refers another business, the referrer earns bonus meals equal to 10% of that purchase's meals. Still Fed funds those bonus meals too; they are real meals, not just points. Profiles always show bonus meals separately from the meals a partner's own purchase funded.
How we keep it honest
- Every purchase and every bonus is recorded as an entry in a meal ledger, so every total on this site adds up.
- Each month we reconcile the ledger against the funding we send our partner organizations.
- If a purchase is refunded, its meals and any referral bonus it created are removed from every count.
- We'll publish a summary of meals funded and payments sent every month.
