Terms of Service

1. Who we are

The Still Fed Project is operated by [company legal name], a for-profit company.

2. What you're buying

A one-time purchase of a marketing kit: a verified public profile, badges, a certificate, social media graphics, QR verification, and for some tiers a physical item (vinyl window decal or acrylic plaque). It is not a donation and is not tax-deductible.

3. Our meal funding commitment

For every $1 of the purchase price, Still Fed funds 1 meal out of its own revenue through hunger-relief organizations, which decide where meals are distributed. See Our meal promise. Required disclosures.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store your card details.

5. Refunds

Proposed: full refund within 7 days of purchase if no physical item has shipped. Refunded purchases are removed from meal counts, referral bonuses, and city totals.

6. Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the business name, logo, and other content you give us, and you let us display it on your profile and in the assets we generate for you. License terms.

7. Using your kit

You may use your badges, graphics, certificate, and physical items to promote your partnership. Don't alter them in a way that misstates your tier, meals, or verification.

8. Removing profiles

We may suspend or remove a profile that is misleading or violates these terms. Process.
